PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of electric corrosion of a leader wiring which is pulled out to a tip part of a display substrate. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a display substrate 1, a wiring 22 which is formed in a display region 3, a driver 5 which is provided on the substrate 1 and a leader wiring 9 which is electrically connected to the wiring 22 formed on the substrate 1. The wiring 9 is pulled out to the tip part of the substrate 1. The driver 5 is fixed to the substrate 1 and is electrically connected to the wiring 9. An anisotropic and electrically conductive film 7 having a width, that is stuck out from the tip part of the substrate 1 from which the wiring is pulled out, is also provided. The portion, which is stuck out from the tip part, covers the tip part side surface of the substrate 1.
