PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic radiographic apparatus capable of positioning or rotation of a sample stage or the tilting operation of an X-ray camera more simply compared with a conventional apparatus, and improving the work efficiency of a nondestructive inspection of a sample or the like. SOLUTION: An operation part display area Am for displaying an operation part 41a for operating a tilting mechanism 4 of the X-ray camera 2, and a rotating mechanism 6 and a moving mechanism 8 of the sample stage 3, or the like is provided on the screen of a display 11 for displaying a fluoroscopic image in the state close to or superimposed on a display area Ap of the fluoroscopic image, and a pointing device 12 is enabled to operate the area, to thereby enable an operation in the state where the fluoroscopic image of the sample W and the operation part are positioned in the same visual field.
