HEAT ISOLATING METHOD AFTER LOADING PRISMATIC LPG CARGO TANK INTO HULL

PURPOSE: A heat isolating method after loading a prismatic LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) cargo tank is provided to reduce working process and cut down expenses by constructing thermal insulating materials in the hold space between the LPG tank and the tank hold after loading the LPG tank into the hull of the ship. CONSTITUTION: Cells of an LPG cargo tank are assembled(301) without heat isolating. The LPG tank is loaded in the hull of a ship and combined(302). Heat isolating is performed in the hold space between the LPG tank and the tank hold(303). The molding is constructed to the outer wall of the LPG tank by a foam spacer, and thermal insulating materials are charged between the outer wall of the LPG tank and the molding. After loading the LPG tank, expenses and process are reduced by performing heat isolating in the hold space between the LPG tank and the tank hold.
