PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a schedule managing system capable of accepting reservation by optimally using a conference room where number of accommodatable persons and available space is variably set with movable walls or partitions by using not an idea that the number is increased by adding physical resources but an idea that the number is increased by dividing the physical resources. SOLUTION: This schedule managing system capable of managing a facility where number of accommodatable persons or available space is variably set as a shared resource is provided with a means for acquiring facility use reservation data from a user and a means for selecting a proper facility from the reservation data. When the number of users who has reserved the facility is less than the number of accommodatable persons of the facility to be reserved, the available space corresponding to the surplus accommodation number of persons is registered as a virtual facility to be reserved in the same way as the physical space. |
