PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize downsizing and weightsaving of a testing device main body including measurement of voltage, charge, discharge, thermistor of a battery pack. SOLUTION: This is the battery pack testing device to carry out tests including the measurement of voltage, charge, discharge, thermistor of the battery pack, and this is provided with plural circuit boards having functions to carry out characteristic tests of the battery pack and with a circuit board having switching functions, and this constitutes plural circuit boards by combinations. The plural circuit boards include a circuit board 5 having at least the power source and functions of electronic load, a circuit board 6 having a pseudo-battery, a constant current power supply for detecting overcharge and a thermistor measuring function, an exclusive circuit board 1 having communication function while control software is microchipped, and the exclusive circuit board is provided with a connector of at least personal computer connecting use and printer connecting use, and the main body has only the basic performance having functions from an input of testing condition to characteristic test execution, and is made to have an extendability in others, and as for the device main body, functions as a testing device are equal, and size and weight are greatly reduced.
