PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a head tie which configures the tissue of a pattern part to be compact with a ground tissue however pattern yarn is released so that it produce high quality head tie. CONSTITUTION: In the head tie(1) which consists of a warp(2) having left- or right-twisted nylon filament yarn with 60-80D in denier, a weft(3) having non-twisted nylon filament yarn with 200-230D in denier and a separate weft having metal yarn(4) with 10-15micron in diameter, the production process of the head tie is characterized by weaving a pattern part by the weft and the metal yarn in two up two down style to expose the metal yarn and weaving the ground tissue by the non-twisted nylon filament in one up one down style. |
