PURPOSE: A reversing apparatus for coke oven is provided to cut off unnecessary supplying of cold air into combustion chamber of coke oven in order to prevent heat inside the combustion chamber from emitting and prevent supply gas from discharging to the outside in the non-combustion state. CONSTITUTION: The reversing apparatus for coke oven comprises an operating member capable of being reciprocated to open or close a reversing cock(60-1); a supporting member connected to the operating member so that the supporting member is reciprocated according to reciprocation of the operating member; and an air adjusting plate(170) which is connected to one side surface of the supporting member and traversely inserted into an inlet part of an air supply box(30) to adjust degree of opening of the inlet part according to reciprocation of the supporting member according to reciprocation of the operating member, wherein a certain shaped moving guiding member(3) on which a certain sized female groove is formed is fixed to the operating member, a connection member inserted into the female groove of the moving guiding member is installed at the lower part of the supporting member, and the connection member has a smaller cross sectional area compared to the female groove so that moving action of the supporting member is started when the connection member contacts both edges of the moving guiding member by moving the operating member, and wherein an opening and closing cover(80) installed at an inlet hole(30a) of the air supply box completely closes the inlet hole in the state that the air adjusting plate minimizes opening of the inlet part of the air supply box by unidirectional movement of the operating member. |
