摘要 PURPOSE: A light emission device with a high efficient color conversion layer and a method for fabricating the same are provided to realize high optical conversion efficiency by utilizing the entire surface of the resin as the optical conversion layer through improving the phosphor settling. CONSTITUTION: A light emission device has a metallic terminal unit(7) with a plurality of terminals for the electrical connection, one or more light emission diode chips(5), a bond wire(4) electrically connecting the metallic terminal unit(7) to the light emission diode chip(5), and a light transmission resin unit(10) sealing the light emission diode chip(5). With the light transmission resin unit(10), the solid phase inorganic material-based phosphor(9) is mixed with the liquid phase organic material-based phosphor, and diffused. The particle diameter of the inorganic material phosphor(9) is in the range of 3-50um.
