PURPOSE: A computer usage controlling system and method is provided to enable a user to use a computer or not according to exercise amount so that it can induce the user to take exercise for a long term. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a fingerprint recognizer(500), an exercise amount input device(400), a data input device(200), a display(300), and a controller(100). The fingerprint recognizer(500) enables a manager to input the fingerprint of the manager's own and to recognize it for preventing a user to change personal data without a permission from the manager. The data input device(200) enables the user to input personal data and an exercise target of the user's own. The exercise amount input device(400) receives data from a sensor installed at an exercise equipment or a pulse sensor attached on a body of the user, and outputs the sensor data to the controller(100). The controller(100) compares the real exercise amount, sensed by the sensor, with the exercise target, and enables the user to use the computer or not according to the comparison target. |
