The holder has hooks for fixing to objects e.g. in the bedroom or kitchen and an upper, light flexible attachment (2) for attaching to the fixer (1). The fixer can be screwed, clamped or held in another way. The holder has a rounded edge (5) for attaching the e.g. a chair.
