MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RESIN ROLL

A process for producing a resin roll which comprises, as preamble steps, disposing an outer cylinder (1) made of a synthetic resin so as to cover the outer periphery of a metal core (2), filling the space between the metal cor e (2) and the outer cylinder (1) with a thermosetting adhesive (3), and curing the adhesive (3) to thereby bond and unite the whole. It is characterized in that the bonding and uniting of the whole is accomplished by primarily curin g the adhesive while keeping the outer cylinder (1) at a first temperature and then heating the adhesive (3) to a second temperature higher than the first temperature to secondarily cure it.
