The coolant circulation system includes a main circuit passing through the engine, a coolant pump, a thermostatic mixing valve and a cooler, and a branch circuit with heat exchanger and exhaust gas return cooling. The flow direction in the branch circuit (11) can be reversed by means of a pump or a valve (15).
