Pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of disorders, in particular for the treatment of mammary tumors of a non-human mammal, which is associated with an aberrant activity of one or more tyrosine kinase receptors. The composition contains, as the active ingredient, one or more substances that inhibit the aberrant activity of the tyrosine kinase receptor(s) of said animal, in particular the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and/or HER 2. The pharmaceutical composition is particularly useful for the treatment of dogs.
