Disclosed is a clip for fastening a document by joining two clip members together, and more particularly a clip of which two clip members are elastically joined and separated by simply handling so that fastening and unfastening of the document is achieved easily. The clip comprises a first clip member, a second clip member, a removable section, and an assembling section. The first clip member and the second clip member are disposed to upper and lower due to the removable section and the assembling section formed to the back of them. |
