THE ONCOLYTIC MICROORGANISMS EXPRESSING HSP AND USES THEREOF

The present invention is directed to the oncolytic microorganisms expressing HSP, compositions or pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and to methods of killing local and metastatic tumor using them. The microorganisms refer to viruses and bacteria, which can grow selectively within tumor cells in order to lyse tumor cells. While administrated the microorganisms or compositions according to present invention, the oncolytic microorganisms lyse tumor cells and the heat shock proteins expressed or administrated meanwhile adhere to tumor antigen released by lysing tumor cells, and bind to antigen-presenting cells so as to induce specific immune reaction against tumor cells, then to kill metastatic tumors.
