<p>A supercooling release ice making system comprising an ice thermal storage tank, a residual supercooling water generating section, and a complete releasing section coupled with the ice thermal storage tank through an ice water line. The ice thermal storage tank is also coupled with the residual supercooling water generating section through a water line. The residual supercooling water generating section generates residual supercooling water when supercooling water is formed by receiving water supply from the ice thermal storage tank and ice is made by underwater release of supercooling water. The residual supercooling water is subjected to complete release of supercooling at the complete releasing section. At the time of complete release of supercooling, mixture liquid of the residual supercooling water and generated ice nuclei is jetted from the bottom part of an erecting columnar container to form a vortex flow by swirl flow and during a process for taking out the vortex flow from an upper take-out opening made in the erecting columnar container, supercooling of residual supercooling water is released by increasing the number of times of contact between the residual supercooling water and the ice neclei while stirring the mixture liquid by the vortex flow.</p> |
