<p>A method of manufacturing a multilayer optical recording medium comprising two recording layers stacked, through a spacer layer, on a base material (D1) having an installation center hole (1a) formed thereon, comprising the steps of, when the spacer layer is formed between a second recording layer (L1) and a first recording layer, forming a fitting projected part (D1a) allowed to fit to a fitting groove part (21b) formed in a stamper (21) for forming the first recording layer around the installation center hole (1a), fixing the base material (D1) to a turn table (12) with the center pin (12c) of the turn table (12) inserted into the installation center hole (1a), dripping application liquid (R) onto the base material (D1) at a specified position nearer to the outer peripheral part of the fitting projected part (D1a), placing the stamper (21) on the base material (D1) while fitting the fitting groove part (21b) to the fitting projected part (D1a), and rotating the turn table (12) to spin-coat the application liquid (R), whereby the spacer layer can be formed without decentering each recording layer.</p> |
