A transfer tape capable of maintaining a strong adhesion strength and being surely cut off at a specified position, wherein needle-like particles are contained in adhesive coating agent, a film hard to be cut off is formed since an adhesiveness between adhesive components is increased when an adhesion strength is increased, when a force is applied in the directions other than the direction of the surface of a base material coated with the adhesive coating agent, the film of the adhesive coating agent is thinned, the needle-like particles break through the film to cut off the adhesive coating agent, and the cut adhesive coating agent is completely cut off without cobwebbing since the cut end part thereof is attracted to the needle-like particles. |
