A catalyst composition that is the combination of or the reaction product of ingredients comprising (a) (i) a halogen-containing iron compound or (ii) an iron-containing compound and a halogen-containing compound, (b) an alpha-acylphosphonate diester, and (c) an organoaluminum compound.
