<p>A self-tracking roller (10) for centering conveyor belts and web materials (44) on conveyor systems having a guide wheel (30L, 30R) at each end of a centrally pivoting shaft (14) for contacting the belt or web(44). The self-tracking roller (10) pivots in the direction of travel of the belt or web (44) along the side that the guide wheel (30L, 30R) is contacted by the belt or web (44), and redirecting the belt or web (44) to a central or neutral position by the pivoting action of the roller (10).</p> |
