An office cutting tool has a height adjustable cutting blade in a protected mounting. The tool housing also has a height adjustable L-shaped bracket and a sprung support flange which lift and hold the sheet for cutting. The rear of the tool has support rollers to glide over the sheet to be cut. The tool is easily adjusted to cut a particular thickness of sheet without damaging the support surface. A simple stapler is fitted to the back of the tool to complete a multifunctional system.
