In the hose described in the parent Specification wherein a wire helix is accommodated within a helical pocket between inner and outer tubular members forming the wall of the hose, the members are seamless tubes, e.g. of extruded thermoplastic material. In making the hose, the tubes may be extruded simultaneously and with the helix located therebetween ; alternatively one of the methods described in the parent Specification is employed, the tubes being blown upon a mandrel.
