Integrated semiconductor circuits are produced by projecting one single stencil pattern by means of a multiple lens system consisting of identical mirror systems onto a photo-activated surface of a semiconductor disc and introducing the etching and diffusion process. Mirror system may consist of annular spherical convex mirror, a flat deflecting mirror and a dioptric correction device, arranged near the image plane. |
