An optical filter module comprising a flat substrate,an optical path formed on the flat substrate,a filter insertion groove provided across the optical path on the flat substrate,a multi−layered film filter which is inserted in the filter insertion groove and distributed across the optical path,and a pair of covers disposed on the flat substrate so as to sandwich the multi−layered film filter.It is possible to omit an optical axis adjusting step omitted,obtain a high workability,and reliably fix and mount the multi−layered film filter even when the multi−layered film filter is warped.
