This invention relates to an epoxy resin composition for a fibre-reinforced composite material, which contains the following constituent components (A), (B) and (C). (A) alicyclic epoxy resin (B) polyamine (C) latent acid catalyst which can dissolve in constituent component (A) or in constituent component (B) This epoxy resin composition is of low viscosity and is suitable for use in the moulding of fibre-reinforced composite materials by RTM or the like.
