PURPOSE: A winding machine for a semi-finished tire is provided to reduce the return amount of a semi-finished tire by detecting a number of winding of a winder. CONSTITUTION: A carrying part carries an inner, which is a semi-finished tire. A detecting part(20) detects the carrying speed of the inner carried by the carrying part. A liner supply part is composed of a liner supplier wound with a predetermined amount of liners and a pulley guiding the inner and the liner supplier. A rotary driving part is composed of a winder and an AC motor and winds the inner and the liner supplier. A control part(50) controls the rotary speed of the rotary driving part.
