PURPOSE: A clutch structure of a fully automated washing machine and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify the manufacturing procedure and the assembling procedure of the clutch and prevent heat of a ring gear from being transferred to gear housings, thereby improving the durability. CONSTITUTION: A clutch structure of a fully automated washing machine includes an upper gear housing(8a), a lower gear housing(8b) coupled at a lower part of the upper gear housing, and a ring gear(87) located in the upper gear housing. The ring gear and the lower gear housing are formed integrally with resin by injection molding. The lower gear housing includes a hollow cylinder type axial part(85), and a flange part(86) formed at an upper part of the periphery of the hollow axial part to surface-contact a flange part(82) of the upper gear housing. The ring gear is integrally formed on the flange part in the same direction with the axial part. |
