The method involves preparing electronic data in the first terminal (MS1) for communication to the second terminal (MS2) or to the service computer. The secure data is ascertained via the location of the first terminal (MS1) and an electronic location stamp/certification is generated. The electronic data is then combined with the electronic location stamp/certification and the combined data is then communicated to the second terminal (MS2) or to the service computer. An Independent claim is given for the following; (1) a communication network, (2) a network device, (3) a program module, (4) a subscriber terminal of a communication network.
