PURPOSE: A vibration-reducing device using the characteristic of an insulator rubber is provided to reduce effectively variable vibrations of a power train system with respect to variable vibration frequencies caused in traveling. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-reducing device is composed of an insulator rubber installed between a mounting bracket(5) and a rear axle(3) to support or reduce vibrations of the rear axle in traveling, an accelerometer sensor(20) placed in one side of the rear axle to analyze out vibrations to analog signals, a frequency measuring instrument(30) converting detected signals from the accelerometer sensor to frequency, and measuring, and a frequency variable device(40) reducing vibration by transforming a shape of a rubber(11) to have a frequency reducing character being equal with signals detected from the accelerometer sensor.
