An exercise device for feet and legs

An exercise device for feet and legs may be fitted to a seat in a vehicle. The device comprises a frame 1 with two pedals 4 on a cross member 5, with the pedals pivoting on the cross member. When not in use the foot rest may be folded and stowed underneath the seat. The exercise is intended to stimulate blood flow in the lower limbs while seated: in particular the device may be used to reduce the likelihood of Deep Vein Thrombosis on aircraft.
