PURPOSE: Provided is a safety syringe which adaptor with needle is screw-connected to the neck part of the cylinder, so as to make a shot precisely at the wanted spot without shaking. CONSTITUTION: The safety syringe comprises: a cylinder(10) composed of a space inside to hold the injection liquid and a protruding neck part(11) at the top; a movable plunger(30) inserted into the cylinder(10); an adaptor(21) connected to the neck part of the cylinder; and an injection needle(22) connected to the adaptor(21).
