The fixing device for a case (1) comprises a sheath composed of two extensions (26,27) separated by a groove (25) and a shaft (12) whose rotation varies the expansion of the sheath. Rotation of the shaft is effected by means of a lever (14) integral with the shaft. A fixing zone (31) formed by a plane element (32) integral with the shaft has a bore with a diameter equal to the external diameter of the sheath.
