PURPOSE: Provided are a transdermal preparation containing an HIV protease inhibitor and a method for manufacturing the same. The transdermal preparation increases transdermal absorption and bioavailability of a drug to effectively deliver the drug. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal preparation containing an HIV protease inhibitor is composed of a backing layer, an HIV protease inhibitor having cis-epoxide structure and an adhesive matrix containing an absorption facilitator, as well as a release liner.
