PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent an electrode lead part from being exposed to the outside, thereby preventing a shorting between electrodes of a tape carrier package due to the inflow of alien substances. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(31) is composed of a plurality of pads. A D-IC(Driving Integrated Circuit)(42) is mounted on a TCP(38) and generates a driving signal according to a control signal input from a PCB(44). An electrode lead part(46) is formed on a rear surface of the TCP to supply the driving signal to the liquid crystal panel. The electrode lead part electrically connects the liquid crystal panel with the PCB. An ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film)(40) is formed on one side of the electrode lead part. A solder resist(48) made out of an insulating material is formed at the other side of the electrode lead part and contacts with the ACF.
