In the present invention, there is disclosed a hydraulic turbine with a non-bladed rotor and comprising a liquid tank (1) provided with an inflow opening, and at least one stator (3). At least one non-bladed rotor (5) formed by a body of rotational shape is mounted on a holding-down device (4) within the stator (3). A distributor (2) formed by an enclosed chamber having an inlet opening (6) and an outlet opening (7) is arranged between the liquid tank (1) and the stator (3). Said inlet opening (6) is connected through the mediation of a supply pipe (8) with said liquid tank (1) while said outlet opening (7) is turned toward the rotor (5), whereby the area of the inlet opening (6) is less than that one of the outlet opening (7).
