PURPOSE: An extractor for extracting juice from a pine needle containing a steamer, a concentrator for preventing components contained in heated air from flowing out and a cooler is provided. Therefore, transparent extracts containing a large amount of effective components are obtained. CONSTITUTION: A cut pine needle and spring water are mixed in a ratio of 1:1, heated in a steamer at 90deg.C and cooled for 10 hr in the first stage. The pine needle liquid is heated for 1.3 hr at 100deg.C at a pressure of 2kg/cm¬2 in the second stage, for 1 hr at 110deg.C at a pressure of 2.7kg/cm¬2 in the third stage and for 40 min at 120deg.C at a pressure of 3.4kg/cm¬2 in the fourth stage. And vapor passed through a concentrator is cooled in a cooler and then filtered. The apparatus comprises a steamer(5) comprising an inner tube(6) and outer tube(7); a concentrator(9) for concentrating the gas from the steamer; a water supply pipe(10) and a cooler(15) having a construction in which a water tank(14) surrounds the periphery of a cooling pipe(13) with a coil shape is constructed at the end part of the concentrator.
