PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or an apparatus for manufacturing a drink treated for heat sterilization in which a natural taste is kept. SOLUTION: A drink is produced, not by subjecting a container-filled drink to a direct heat sterilization after filling a flavor-added drink; but by adding a flavor to a heat-sterilized drink and subsequently filling the drink into a specified container under a germ-free environment. This prevents the heat deterioration of the flavor in a drink. |
