MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MATERIAL AND RECYCLING METHOD OF CARPET MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of a carpet which enables reuse of carpet scraps constituted of a PET fiber layer and an EVA lining layer. SOLUTION: The scraps of the carpet formed of a raised fiber skin layer of PET and the lining layer containing EVA are crushed (process A). Then, the scraps and a compatibilizing agent are charged in an extruder (process B). The scraps and the compatibilizing agent are heated preliminarily at 160-180 deg.C (process C) and further at 230-250 deg.C and are kneaded and made compatible (process D). At a nozzle part of the extruder, the temperature of the molten material thereof is made 160-180 deg.C.
