PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic inclining chair in which movement is soft, automation for controlling angle of inclination is easily performed and a driving mechanism which makes seats of an airplane, a train or a theater automatically and simultaneously ascend/descend and incline, can be installed at one place for preventing economy class syndrome. SOLUTION: The automatic inclining chair 1 in which a seat face plate 32 repeatedly moved by being inclined in a range of set angles is arranged on a base plate 31 and the seat face plate 32 is pivoted on the base plate 31 so as to be freely inclined by means of an inclination shaft 36 in the horizontal direction and an air bag 33 connected with an air pumping system is arranged between the base plate 31 and the seat face plate 32 and a control part 70 for inclining the seat face plate 32 within the set angle from the base plate 31 by expansion and contraction of the air bag and periodically and repeatedly moving it, is arranged in the air pumping system is provided.
