PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior ocular segment measuring instrument with which the shape of an anterior ocular segment can accurately be measured in a non-contact manner. SOLUTION: The instrument is provided with a slit projection optical system for projecting slit light to the anterior ocular segment of an eye to be tested and a photographic optical system which has a photographing optical axis inclined with respect to the slit projection optical axis and has a photographic lens and an imaging device arranged based on the principle of Scheinpruk, a rotation means for rotating the slit light and the photographic optical system around a slit projection optical axis as a center, and a shape measuring means for obtaining the three-dimensional position of a prescribed anterior ocular segment tissue based on respective anterior ocular segment cross section images photographed at a plurality of rotation angles and rotation angle information in the case of the photographing and measuring the shape of the tissue. |
