PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic beam device for reforming the surface of a metal denture which does not require much time to work and finish the denture surface with enhancement in corrosion resistance and also to provide the denture with its surface reformed. SOLUTION: The electronic beam device for reforming the surface of the metal denture 12 is provided with a tubular anode 6, a cathode 8 which is arranged on one of the axial lines and discharges electrons, an electronic acceleration space S formed between the anode and the cathode, a magnetic field imparting means 5 for giving an axial direction magnetic field to at least one of the cathode 8, the anode 6 and the acceleration space S, a collector 14 which holds the metal denture 12, is arranged on the other axial line of the anode 6 and is irradiated with an electronic beam from the cathode 8, a first power source means for generating a cathode plasma column in the neighborhood of the cathode by giving an acceleration voltage to a part between the cathode 8 and the anode 6, and a second power source means for generating an anode plasma column at the inner side of the anode 6. A high electronic beam stream 11 is formed in a potential double layer 10 which is formed between the cathode plasma column 8 and the anode plasma column 6.
