PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a DNA region essential to proliferation of swinepox viruses. SOLUTION: Recombinant swinepox viruses having extraneous genes are prepared by combining a DNA fragment essential to proliferation of swinepox viruses derived from the swinepox virus genome having a base sequence expressed by arrangement number 1 or a DNA fragment comprising a base sequence in which one or several bases are defective, substituted or added. |
