PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise of outside air introduced from a louver opening of a cowl louver in an outside air introducing structure for an automobile for introducing outside air from the louver opening to a blower suction port of a dash panel. SOLUTION: A position in a vehicle width direction in a region where the louver opening 15 is formed is set to the front of the blower suction port 9a. A water stop plate 20 is provided at a lower part in a part closer to a rear side of the louver opening 15 of the cowl louver 12. A lower end of the water stop plate 20 is located on a lower side of an elevation angle line L1 for connecting a lower edge 9c of the blower suction port 9a and a substantially front end of the louver opening 15, that is, a rear end edge of a hood 4.
