PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high design property by omitting side differential grill while reducing cost using an inexpensive rotary type heater unit for exchanging total air quantity to a defroster or a ventilation. SOLUTION: A front differential nozzle 10 is connected to a differential outlet 8 of the heater unit 7, and a side differential duct 11 is extended right and left of the nozzle. A center ventilation nozzle 13 is connected to a ventilation outlet 9 of the heater unit 7, and a side ventilation duct 14 is extended right and left of the nozzle. The tip of the side differential duct 11 is connected to the proximity of an air outlet 14a of the side ventilation duct 14.
