PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase strength of a beam member while suppressing increase of weight of the beam member and manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: No notch is formed in a wiring holding part 140. Braces 120 are fixed to the beam member 100 on a plurality of surfaces 110a and 110b of a polygonally formed beam body 110. A bridge member 130 for reinforcement that extends in substantially parallel with the beam member 100 and interconnects two braces 120 is disposed between two braces 120. A part A of a coupling part between two members 101 and 102 constituting the beam member 100 is positioned in a place shifted downward from the tubularly formed beam body 110 of the beam member 100 to increase cross sectional secondary moment about an axis parallel with the vehicle longitudinal direction of the beam member 100. An opening 111 is formed so that the end 111a on the vehicle back side of opening 111 is positioned on a (virtual) reference line Lw extending in the vehicle width direction.
