PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording sheet cutter in which occurrence of such a trouble as the cutting face inclines at the cutting position or a recording sheet is not cut but bent at the cutting position and caught between a fixed blade and a moving blade at the time of cutting the recording sheet while pinching it in the vicinity of the cutting position is reduced. SOLUTION: A regulating part 24 is formed in a holder 21 such that a round blade 2 is located between a fixed blade 1 and the regulating part 24. In the vicinity of the cutting position, an inclining face 24a guides a roll sheet P on the side opposite to the round blade 2 to a regulating face 24b which regulates the attitude of the roll sheet P on the side opposite to the round blade 2 substantially horizontally. Under a state where the attitude is regulated substantially horizontally by means of the fixed blade 1 and the regulating face 24b, the roll sheet P is cut between the fixed blade 1 and the regulating face 24b by means of the fixed blade 1 and the round blade 2 rotating in the direction shown by an arrow D.
