PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaking fluid absorbing sheet for sanitary purpose which is convenient to carry with simple constitution and prevents menstrual fluid leaking from an absorber, such as a sanitary napkin, from sticking to panties even without sanitary shorts. SOLUTION: This leaking fluid absorbing sheet is constituted by using a sheet material 1 having a liquid absorbing sheet 2 for absorbing the menstrual fluid leaking from the absorber 9 on an inside surface side and a waterproof layer 3 for obstructing the permeation of the menstrual fluid absorbed by the liquid absorbing sheet 2 on an outside surface side and is formed by applying a tacky adhesive 4 for pasting the sheet material 1 to the outside surface of the waterproof layer 3 freely peelably from the inside surface of the crotch 11 of panties and covering the outside surface of the tacky adhesive coated surface with a peelable covering sheet 5. The sheet material 1 can be pasted to the inside surface of the crotch 11 of the panties by peeling the covering sheet 5 in using the sheet.
