PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conjugate linoleic acid-containing poultry eggs, a method for producing the egg and feed for obtaining the egg, to provide conjugate linoleic acid or conjugate linoleic acid-containing oil and fat each obtained from the poultry egg, and to provide a method for using the poultry egg, conjugate linoleic acid and conjugate linoleic acid-containing oil and fat. SOLUTION: The poultry eggs are obtained by rearing egg collection poultry through giving them conjugate linoleic-acid. As for the conjugate linoleic-acid, tung oil is used, and for instance, the tung oil is as it is added to the poultry feed for feeding so as to rear the poultry. The poultry egg thus obtained, conjugate linoleic acid and conjugate linoleic acid-containing oil and fat each obtained by the poultry egg are used as a material of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or food and drink. |
