PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost differential cloth feed mechanism which enables to change the rotation speeds of a pair of upper and lower cloth feed rollers individually, in a sewing machine for rolled hemming of the bottoms of trousers. SOLUTION: The upper feed roller 6 is connected to a feed roller driving shaft 20 via an upper feed shaft 3, an upper feed second gear 2, and an upper feed first gear 1, and the lower feed roller 18 is connected to the feed roller driving shaft 20 via a lower feed fourth gear 15, lower feed third gear 14, hollow interlocking shaft 13, lower feed second gear 12, and lower feed first gear 11. The hollow interlocking shaft 13 and the feed roller driving shaft 20 are rotatably installed on a block-like bearing 5 fixed at the center of a sewing machine bed 4, and the upper feed shaft 3 is rotatably installed within the hollow interlocking shaft 13.
