PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in the activity even when caulking occurs by hydrocarbons. SOLUTION: A zeolite film 3 is formed by growing zeolite crystals on the surface of a catalyst layer 2 having hydrogen generating activity. Hydrocarbons which are liable to caulk are suppressed from reaching the catalyst layer 2 by the zeolite film 3, and this suppress deactivation of the active points in the catalyst due to the coating by carbon. |
